Water Aerobics

 

Water Aerobics: A fun water workout that is easy on your joints. This class uses a combination of aerobic exercise routines to improve cardiovascular endurance, conditioning exercises to strengthen muscles and basic stretching to increase flexibility; employs the natural isotonic resistance of water and requires minimal swimming ability. Includes cardiovascular conditioning and resistance training. 

Spring 2008 Schedule: Tue/Thur 5:15 - 6:15 PM @ Bowman Gray Pool (begins 1/15)
